We operate one black full-size SUV. That is a genuine limitation and we would rather state it plainly than have you discover it.
It means we cannot move a wedding's worth of guests, run a multi-vehicle roadshow simultaneously, or take a booking on a date we are already committed. When that is what you need, we will say so and point you elsewhere rather than take the reservation and improvise.
What one vehicle buys you is consistency. The same car, the same standard of preparation, and the same person every time — which is precisely what dispatch-based services cannot promise, however large their fleet.
