Austin Metro · Texas Hill Country
Seven years and more than three hundred thousand miles across Austin and the Hill Country. Not a map app's estimate — actual knowledge of which roads work at which hour.
The core of the city and where most of our work happens. Hotel pickups downtown and along Rainey, dinner reservations on South Congress, and the run out to Austin-Bergstrom, which is roughly eight miles southeast and can take fifteen minutes or fifty depending entirely on when you leave. We plan departures accordingly.
North Austin's business district, the hotels around the Domain, and the corporate campuses along the 183 and Parmer corridors. Heavy demand for corporate transfers and client pickups, particularly early morning airport runs where getting the timing wrong on MoPac or I-35 costs somebody a flight.
The residential west side. Winding roads, gated communities, and long private drives — the kind of addresses where a driver unfamiliar with the area loses ten minutes finding the entrance. Regular service for airport transfers, dinner reservations downtown, and evenings out where nobody wants to drive 360 in the dark.
The Hill Country proper. Wineries, distilleries, wedding venues, and resorts spread across roads with poor lighting and no shoulder. This is where hourly as-directed service makes the most sense — a wine tour or a wedding at a ranch venue is not a place to be calculating a ride home at eleven at night.
Airport transfers and corporate travel from the northern suburbs, where the drive to AUS crosses the entire metro and timing is everything. Early flights out of Round Rock or Georgetown mean early departures, and we schedule with the actual I-35 pattern in mind rather than an optimistic estimate.
Twenty miles southeast of downtown, and a different transportation problem entirely on event days. See COTA and Formula 1 transportation for how race weekends are handled.
San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, College Station, Fredericksburg, and Waco are available as flat-rate long-distance transfers. For trips of that length a private car is frequently more sensible than a short flight once you count the airport time on both ends.
Blackline ATX serves the full Austin metro and the surrounding Hill Country, including downtown and Rainey Street, South Congress, East Austin, the Domain and north Austin, West Lake Hills, Barton Creek, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Circuit of the Americas.
Yes. Long-distance trips to San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, College Station, and Hill Country destinations are booked as flat-rate transfers.
Pickups outside the central metro may carry a minimum depending on distance and time of day. It is quoted up front with the rest of the fare, never added afterward.
