A reservation is confirmed when we send written confirmation by email or text, not when a request is submitted. Requests received without a confirmation are not held. Quoted rates are valid for the specific trip described.
Rates are quoted in advance as flat fares or hourly rates. The quoted price is what you pay for the trip as described. Changes to the route, duration, stops, or passenger count on the day may adjust the fare, and we will tell you before proceeding wherever possible.
Corporate accounts are invoiced on agreed terms. Individual reservations are paid by card unless arranged otherwise.
We ask for as much notice as you can give. Cancellation terms are stated on your booking confirmation and vary by service type, with events, weddings, and peak dates carrying longer notice periods than standard transfers. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible.
Airport pickups include complimentary wait time to deplane and collect luggage. Other pickups include a reasonable grace period stated on your confirmation. Wait time beyond that is billed at the hourly rate in increments.
Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and that of their guests. We reserve the right to end a trip where a passenger's behavior is unsafe, illegal, or endangers the chauffeur or the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by a passenger may be charged.
Vehicle capacity is stated at booking. We cannot carry more passengers than the vehicle is rated for under any circumstances. Please give an accurate luggage count when booking so we can confirm it fits.
We plan for traffic and monitor flights, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, or other circumstances outside our control. Where a trip cannot be completed for such reasons, our liability is limited to the fare paid.
Child seats are available on request and must be requested at the time of booking with the ages of the children. Texas law regarding child restraint applies in all cases.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Blackline ATX LLC operates as a permitted chauffeured transportation provider in the City of Austin.
