The couple's car
Getting-ready location to ceremony, ceremony to reception, and the exit. Clean, dark, and unbranded — it photographs the way you want it to.
Austin · Hill Country · Wedding Day
Wedding day transportation for the couple, the parents, and the people whose timing actually matters. Discreet, immaculate, and on the schedule you set.
A single black Suburban, held for your timeline, driven by the owner.
Getting-ready location to ceremony, ceremony to reception, and the exit. Clean, dark, and unbranded — it photographs the way you want it to.
The people who should not be parking their own car or navigating a Hill Country road they have never driven at night.
Airport pickups for the family members whose arrival you cannot afford to leave to chance.
The transfer back to the hotel after the exit, when nobody in the party should be driving and everyone is exhausted.
Blackline ATX is an owner-operated service with one black full-size SUV. That shapes what we are good at, and we would rather say so before you book than after.
We are not a guest shuttle company. If you need to move a hundred and forty people from a downtown hotel to a ranch in Driftwood, you need motorcoaches and a company that has them. We will happily tell you that on the phone.
What we do well is the vehicle that has to be right. The couple's car. The parents. The wedding party's key movements. The car in the photographs. On those, you get a professional who has driven Austin and the Hill Country for seven years and more than three hundred thousand miles, in a vehicle detailed that morning, with the same person on the phone during planning as behind the wheel on the day.
Wedding days run late. That is normal and we plan for it. Hourly booking means a ceremony that starts twenty minutes behind does not create a second problem.
Downtown Austin hotels and venues, South Congress, West Lake Hills and Barton Creek, Lakeway and Bee Cave, and the Hill Country wedding corridor through Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Wimberley, Spicewood, and Johnson City. Airport transfers for arriving family run from Austin-Bergstrom and the private terminals.
Yes, for the couple and immediate family. Blackline ATX operates a single black full-size SUV, which makes us well suited to the couple's own transportation, parents, and the wedding party's key movements rather than large guest shuttles.
No, and we will tell you that plainly. Guest shuttles need a fleet of coaches. What we do is the part that has to be right: getting the couple, the parents, or the wedding party where they need to be, on time, in a vehicle that looks correct in photographs.
Yes. Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Wimberley, Spicewood, Bee Cave, and the venues along the 290 corridor are all within our regular service area, as are downtown Austin hotels and estate venues.
Most wedding bookings are hourly, covering the window from getting-ready location to ceremony to reception, or the exit and transfer to the hotel. We will help you map the timeline when you send the schedule.
Two to three months for peak wedding season in spring and fall. Hill Country venues on Saturdays in April, May, October, and November go first.
Send the venue and timeline and we will map the day with you.
